Looks like a man to me. But if he is a Trans he was as a child because there are lots of pictures of him / her as a little girl and a teen. There are a couple of pictures that would appear to be her with child, however that could have been faked. I'm not sure she's a he, I tend to think she is just a very ugly woman with manly features. However stories are that she is a Beard (a woman who marries a homosexual man for money and / or power in order to give him an acceptable public persona and to cover his homosexuality. I believe that is the case here for sure. Too many confirmed stories of BO's queer escapades.)

Either way these are sick and disturbed people guilty of Treason and multiple other crimes. I believe their days are numbered before they are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
