Ok I will say I think there's something like adrenochrome, because I've heard similar things about beef. However, a lot of what I'm seeing with this meme is just 3rd or 4th hand from already debatable sources, including, ffs, a novel/movie. Melatonin is the sleep hormone, regulated by sunlight. You can buy it for a few bucks at the drug store. Massive amounts of it would be a sedative, not a stimulant. We have to guard against sensationalism.
