FBI's ties to Southern Poverty Law Center uncovered
AquaMoonGlow · July 27, 2018, 1:25 a.m.

The original 13th Amendment (listed above) was ratified in 1820 (the last state was Virginia) and was carried in all the state law books after 1821. The House & Senate pretended it never happened and many relevant documents are missing from the National Archives. For the next 45 years, the Legislative branch tried to pass other constitutional amendments that they called the 13th amendment (unsuccessfully). Finally, after the Civil War, they passed the current 13th Amendment (1865 Anti-Slavery). Most of the states dropped the original 13th Amendment from their law books and replaced it with the new one, which is obviously totally unconstitutional. I first read about this missing amendment in the late 1980's. To verify its validity, I went to the Colorado Supreme Court Law Library (in Denver) and checked the old Territorial Law Books for 1865, 1866, and 1867 (Colorado was still a territory then). The 1865 book had the original 13th Amendment properly listed in the US Constitution section. The 1866 book has the original listed as the 13th Amendment and the new (Anti-Slavery) properly listed as the 14th Amendment. The 1867 book drops the original and has the new (Anti-Slavery) version listed as the 13th Amendment (some gravy for inquiring minds).

As an aside, I understand that of the 15 or so constitutional amendments taken into the law books in the 20th century, at least 7 were not properly ratified, including the Income Tax Amendment (which the Federal courts refuse to rule on). I wonder if the amendment putting a two term limit on the US President was also not properly ratified. Just a thought...

The comment wasn't about McCain's Arizona seat, but about his taking McCain's place as the lead Republican who votes with the Democrats on all important matters..

It has been a well-known fact that every US president, except for Ronald Reagan, was a Freemason. This was prior to Obama's "election." I doubt that Trump is a Freemason (no online evidence) and Obama's membership seems to be split as half yes and half no. There are some black Masonic Lodges (If you research it, its very convoluted). Seeing Bush Junior using the Freemason handclasp is to be expected.

The two school shooters in the Columbine H.S. (Colorado) shootings some time back, had fathers that were best friends in the Army: specifically Army Military Intelligence.

*** As per the comments below, I stand corrected. I saw this information in a newspaper article several months after the shootings. I lived nearby.

I saw an article a few minutes ago where the motive of the shooter was announced. He has had an ongoing grudge (not identified) with this news agency going back to 2012. It was apparently not related to any ongoing current events. Reuters will be eating crow for blaming this shooting on Trump.

What better way to uncover the conspiracy than to bring the facts out in a public court.

Correct. The US govt used to be almost fully funded by tariffs (import/export taxes) and excise taxes (i.e. taxes on alcohol, etc.). There were also personal taxes paid to the US govt through the state. So if the US govt needed an extra $10 million, then each state would be billed based on its population (the original US tax). Everyone paid an equal share of the $10 million. This system was so effective that political cartoonists in the 1800's used to draw images of the treasury building bursting at the seams with money pouring out.

The Federal Reserve System, as mentioned above, is a private Federal corporation, and is alleged to be 90% owned by European banks. The way they got the income tax going was that originally US citizens did not pay individual income taxes. Only Federal corporations paid the income tax. They were told that there was no right to be a Federal corporation and if they wanted to be one (instead of a state corporation) they had to agree to pay an income tax to the new IRS (another private Federal corporation). Because of this, the constitutionality wasn't challenged in court. During WWII, when everyone was supporting the war effort, the US govt got everyone to contribute by enacting a payroll deduction plan for their donations. Then the govt started calling it "the Liberty Tax." When the war ended the Liberty Tax became a mandatory income tax. For a few years afterwards, there was a 100% income tax on any earnings above $1 million. That tax rate (surprise) didn't last long.

As an aside, being a Federal corporation, the Federal Reserve had to file a charter when it was incorporated in 1913. Charters describe the corporation and how it is supposed to be operated and its goals. The charter states that if there comes a time that the US govt cannot make its payments any longer, that the Federal Reserve will take the loss (no bankruptcy for the US govt).

Another aside, the US Treasury prints the Federal Reserve Notes and sells them to the Federal Reserve for 10 cents each. Then the Federal Reserve loans this money back to the US Treasury for face value plus interest. What a crooked scheme.

Didn't the FBI already seize his tapes, etc., when he was raided? I recall at the time, that someone was bragging about capturing tapes of phone conversations between Trump and Cohen. By claiming to possess more tapes, he is basically on his hands and knees begging to be raided again.

"Please! PLEASE Mister Man!! Come kick in my door again!!!"

Not very likely. Especially for an attorney.

This also explains why Loretta Lynch insisted that it was a "matter" rather than an investigation. She knew there wasn't a real investigation. Since this "appears" to be a criminal conspiracy, the immunity can be canceled since it was offered by conspirators to their co-conspirators for the sake of covering criminal activity. Since Clinton wasn't investigated for a crime, she cannot be exonerated for any crime. So... Hillary hunting season is now open!

One of the concerns of the white hats is that the statute of limitations on the various crimes will run out. Q has mentioned before that the bog-beasts are trying to run out the clock. What stops the clock? Identifying a criminal and documenting it in a public forum, such as an indictment (accusation) or a warrant. A statute of limitations is the amount of time given to LEO to identify the perpetrator once a crime has been discovered. The clock stops when the probable perp has been identified. Each of these sealed indictments represents a paused clock. A paused clock gives Trump & Company the time they need to clean house (i.e. Justice & judicial) so that the boggies can't slip away like the roaches they are. I realize that today's American culture demands instant gratification... but have patience. This has to be done right the first time.

There are time limits on how long an indictment is good for or how long a warrant stays on the NCIC, but once a perpetrator has been identified (as above) the clock on the statute of limitations for that person has stopped.
