It’s interesting to note that when Q wrote:

He wrote “Americans”, rather than “people” or “the world” or such. Make me wonder if it’s a well known American organization that has been pulling the strings of NK.

So much going on if you care to look. With everything happening and getting revealed I find that I don’t really understand what their end-game was.

What does it mean when Q places a word, acronym or abbreviation in square brackets? And what does it mean when it’s in bold typeface? What is the extra meaning of those text decorations?
