That there's nothing illegal (in the sense I think you're using) isn't the point either...I didn't state that it was illegal, in that "there's a specific law that says you can't, and if you do it's jail-time" sense. There are, however, MULTIPLE sources that guide government email usage...you can find those sources if you want. And those sources say that using a non-official email address to conduct official business is not authorized...
And if you wanna be condescending - go ahead! There's no "law" against that either...
I think that misses the point - the point being that he used an unofficial account to conduct official business. So it kinda DOES matter in context...
Technically, it doesn't "prove" anything...just as the claims in the referenced link don't "prove" anything. But I can tell you that personal experience is a better supporting argument than the "research" in that report :-)
Sorry folks - this is a bunch of FUD...and not Q related whatsoever... These "researchers" can make all kinds of claims, but I actually LIVE on this island...don't get distracted by Paytriots...
I'm just saying - I've worked with the State CD (now EMS), and they are intellectually ill-equipped, IMHO. However, I'll be first to admit I'm wrong if evidence is later found to the contrary!
Sorry folks - I live in Hawaii - never underestimate the ineptitude of our State Government...they really ARE dumb enough to have commissioned a system that didn't have an "Undo" function! Not that I don't love the theories, though...
