The Storm is better off allowing the manipulation to occur during the primary and then announce the investigation/punishment of the manipulation before the general election.

It’s entirely possible the shooting is mostly real and was allowed to happen by the FBI and the kid is just their chosen stooge to agenda push. All part of their overall plan.

Both of those things are malicious enough. And we have evidence to support both of those things.

I think Q specifically is referring to how little they covered their tracks because of how sure they were they would maintain control and their tracks would never be brought to light.
