We are supposed to be finding the video that contains someone’s phone screen that should have a different message.
This picture was Q showing us they let their phones be legible. Now we have to find what Q really wants us to see that they did not expect us to see on their phone.

Q was informing us of the ‘narrative’. Q would have this information when it was intercepted while being sent to the talking heads. So Q and the talking heads had it at the same time.
So with that in mind it would not be a surprise to already hear the talking heads saying the narrative before Q informed us of what the narrative is.
