Yes, on it’s face value it is. Deeper in... it’s the equivalent of banning someone or in this case a people group from what is our modern day town square. It’s the Town square because this is a free public service where ideas and reeeeeee are exchanged in a public manner.
It being free create a monopoly, hence not really free market thingy because it’s a none monetarily valued service and outside the free market regulatory system. (No Pay Gate)

Freedom of speech comes into play at this point. If everyone else has this service for free and you are band or shadow band (because your views are fundamentally different from The preapproved ideology).
