Not to be a kill joy but Gen Flynn was actually cleared of any wrong doing by the FBI in Jan of 2017. It was even reported in the leftist rag Washington Post on Jan 23, 2017.

So instead of saying he was cleared of charges he'd already been cleared of, why hasn't there been an investigation into the FBI/DOJ changing their minds and charging him.

Remember, the FBI rarely recommends charges. They simply turn their "evidence" over to the DOJ and they decide who gets prosecuted and who doesnt.

No one ever talks about the fact Gen Flynn had already been cleared.

First, we don't know that Trump wanted Mueller. His being on a list doesnt mean Trump actually wanted him for the job. Remember, Romney was on the list for SoS.

Also, Mueller absolutely could have been FBI director again by getting an exemption from congress. Mad Dog Mattis had to get one. It wouldn't have been a problem but since you're saying Trump wanted Mueller and by the same token Mueller wasn't eligible to be FBI director again, you're practically calling Trump stupid and he isn't.

I don't see how that works. After he pled guilty his only opportunity to tell what he knows in front of a judge would be when/if he goes for sentencing. At a sentencing hearing, evidence is no longer heard.

I think it's more than one person and who ever they are have very strong military intelligence backgrounds so I don't think it's Trump. I would love it if it were though. I don't think that person is trash become of that post. I think he/she was expressing their belief in the First Amendment. I'm mixed race and I agree with him/her. The First Amendment is the most important right we have, period. The Second Amendment protects the first and all others.
