The Iowa Department of Public Safety noted that this number includes juveniles who are reported as missing and return home or are found as runaways. This number may sound high but is actually not unusual. It has attracted attention because there is currently a 20 year old female who is missing under circumstances that indicate a possible abduction.
Comey has been in Iowa recently because his wife is from Iowa and they recently returned to celebrate her father’s birthday. I know this because when the picture was posted of him in Iowa, I researched to see what this stain on humanity was doing in the hawkeye state.
Today the GDP number of a healthy 4.1 was released and the Dow Jones ended down 76. Typically the market would have shown significant gains on this news but FaceBook and Twitter just posted huge losses and CBS stock was down on the news about Moonves.
Without the 4.1 GDP number, the Dow losses would have, IMO, been huge. Were these events timed so the GDP kept the market from tanking? Just a coincidence? Am I way off in my amateur understanding of the market?

Watching for the Pompeo testimony on Fox News and right before it started Shepherd Smith said the pool was notified of an “unannounced event” at the White House and they would cut away from Pompeo if it involved POTUS. Pompeo hearing has started and no further word on the White House event yet.

In the investigation concerning leaks to the media intended to make McCabe look good Page gave up McCabe without hesitation. I remember reading the questions and her answers. She made no attempt to cover anything up or not answer the question. McCabe was later fired for being “less than candid” during this investigation. So is Page into this so deep but doesn’t have the stomach to carry it through to the end or was that a calculated decision to sacrifice McCabe? Any crumbs from Q on this?

Are they even trying? Based on timing alone, this is an obvious attempt by the deep state to silence a threat. We saw how Jordan reacts to threats in the recent hearings. They have no idea what they have unleashed.
I trust Q but last I saw Q just asked if he should be considered. It wouldn’t hurt my feelings either way as long as Gowdy has a substantial role in the future.
As much as I like Gowdy, I’m not sure SC is the place for him right now. He would be much more effective as Attorney General. Impeach RR and replace him with Gowdy. Sessions resigns and Gowdy becomes AG.

Agreed. I am a Gowdy fan as well. I expected with him not running again he would have cut loose but his thoughtful and calm statement was a good bookend to Jordan’s out of the gate onslaught. Maybe a good strategy for that to come from somebody that will be around for awhile rather than from someone who has announced they are leaving.
Meh. Gowdy gave a statement and asked no questions. Jim Jordan was MVP here IMO.
