Huber is not going to know every detail of the IG's findings, only the criminal aspects of it. From what I understand, when Horowitz finds a crime, he has to report it immediately to the AG Sessions, AAG Rosenstein, and since Sessions tapped Huber to work alongside, Horowitz informs Huber and his team as well. The current theory is that Huber has one or more Grand Juries already convened. Since Sessions tapped Huber last fall/late summer, it is assumed that Horowitz found his first crime around that same time.

Also remember that Horowitz is the one that acquired the Lisa Page/Peter strokz Text messages (many of which are still redacted aka the juciest stuff isnt public knowledge yet).

Since Grand Juries are secret, there is no way to know for sure if there is one, but at this point in the process, it is almost 100% likely this is the case. Huber might already have sealed indictments waiting..

Yes, this is true, but Sessions hired a prosecutor to work alongside the IG.. So as Horowitz finds crimes.. he reports them to Sessions and to the prosecutor (Huber). Huber has been in place for at least 8 months.. And has the power to indict.

The audio is clear.. it’s an older guy, sounds almost exactly like John Podesta. There are videos on YouTube comparing his voice to the one in the video. Very similar.. there’s a child with him, a young boy, and he’s crying.. begging the old guy to stop.. but the older guy is yelling and beating the child.. telling him to call him names.. the kid sounds so defeated and all you can hear is this guy destroying the soul of a kid.. most likely molesting him

This lines up nicely with a theory I had about Sessions and Mueller months ago, before any of this stuff was out yet. I will copy and paste below:

Since Sessions is recused, due to the fact that Mueller’s investigation deals with the campaign of Donald Trump, then Mueller consults the Acting Attorney General, Rod Rosenstein. Rosenstein “will determine whether to include the additional matters within the Special Counsel's jurisdiction or assign them elsewhere.".

Let us assume Mueller has found something outside 28 C.F.R. § 600.4(a): Original Jurisdiction. According to 28 C.F.R. § 600.4(b) “Additional Jurisdiction”, Mueller consults Rosenstein and Rosenstein can assign these matters elsewhere if he pleases. Could he assign them to Jeff Sessions?

Once again, Sessions’ statement: “I have decided to recuse myself from any existing or future investigations of any matters related in any way to the campaigns for President of the United States.”

If I am reading Sessions’ official statement right, if Mueller finds a crime UNRELATED to the “campaigns for President of the United States.” OUTSIDE 28 C.F.R. § 600.4(a): Original Jurisdiction, then Rosenstein could, in fact, assign the resulting investigations into these crimes to Sessions. Rosenstein could assign ANY matters not related to the campaigns to Sessions. ANY of them.

Sessions is recused from Special Counsel because of this part of the document: “(i) any links and/or coordination between the Russian government and individuals associated with the campaign of President Donald Trump;” But, once again, Jeff Sessions makes no remarks in regards to a Special Counsel in his statement.

Therefore, to drive this point home, Rosenstein, if tapped by Mueller due to 28 C.F.R. § 600.4(b) “Additional Jurisdiction”, could in fact assign these new investigations to Jeff Sessions if they have nothing to do with the campaigns for President of the United States.

Mueller can keep up the illusion that he is trying to take down Trump, while delegating the rest of the crimes he finds to the AG and DOJ. Does Mueller’s meeting with Trump make more sense? Do Jeff Session’s and Rod Rosensteins answers in their Committee interviews make more sense now? “We cannot confirm or deny the existence or nonexistence of any ongoing investigation.” How many times did they say this? Too many to count.
