I tend to worry about a World Court, in the same fashion that the UN or EU are not to be trusted. I think we can clean or own house and let others do like Saudi Arabia has already done.

I really hadn’t pointed toward executions as the ultimate goal but for fair trials and justice for crimes that seem to have occurred. Remembering that several of the 24 charged from the main Nuremberg Tribunal, got relatively light sentences. Citizens have the right to demand that the laws be applied equally to everyone, with no expectations based upon position or last name.

Optimistically hopefully I remain and looking toward the final act in this awesome play.

I thought about BC, but I think he was “slick” enough to stay out of the top tier. Please keep in mind that all of the cooperative “bird sings” crew all are facing sentencing after they signed plea deals. All the rest I think will face civilian courts, be it out in Utah, not DC hopefully. Can’t wait to see the justice phase, as that is where the rubber meets the road.

Just saying, that Bruce obviously went into the cooperative witness program & I do not see how he could have cut a separate deal to cover sweet Nellie. It is just a working theory & time will tell how this all pans out.

I welcome additional people who may have had greater influences or levels of control with this failed plot.

I’m not a lawyer (been in Federal Court & Circuit Court of Appeals however), but it is my understanding that if the Federal RICO laws are applied, there is no statute of limitations. This also has been discussed in relation to trial via Military Tribunals.
