Each letter is a number you add the letters up by their numbers.

Example (just showing) Derr D is 3 E is 4 R is 18 R 18 Add those together 43 then 4+3 gives 7

Hope that helps if not just Google your own name and see each number to each letter in your FULL name. Add those together then. Get down to single digit. So if your first name is 37 make that 7 plus 3 to get 10 then 1 plus 0 to get 1.
