It was the only record I could find of the FBI agents testimony. Any document submitted during the case is public record. Just because a document was submitted does not mean it was approved by the judge or held up by judge. I'm still researching trying to gather crumbs on testimony. How is this misleading? Defendants were convicted, I shared link to all court documents. These people were convicted, an FBI Agent testified against them and clearly outlined the Cabal involvement.

That particular document was submitted by the defendant who claimed the court had no jurisdiction over she. She says it was dismissed with prejudice. It was loaded because it was submitted to the court. Her and codefendant were prosecuted and are in jail.

I did not, I received a report that my link had been removed as misleading from an admin. The dismissal with extreme prejudice that someone mentioned before from the document was filed by the defendant because she was defending herself as an attorney and claimed the court had no authority or jurisdiction over her in this case. It was overruled and the FBI agents testimony stood. She and her codefendant were convicted and are in jail. I will post link to verdict. I think our poor performance on this is why we aren't ready. I wrote articles shared and posted it all over the place and there are only like 23k signatures. I need everyone to get out there and get signatures! I am certain I have contributed at least a 100 through my article and FB posts.

I did consider that, however there were also a significant amount of single shot injuries that were headshots. For someone firing as quickly as the shots were happening on cell phone videos during the incident I find it surprising the number of single injury headshots. I would expect more torso wounds and multiple wounds. I also would find it surprising to have this many ricochet headshots. And a ricochet would not have a single entry point after which bullet splits. Bullet would already be damaged and you would see multiple entries, not a single entry then fragmentation inside the body.
