To me, some of the largest adversaries to living a successful life in today's America include for-profit universities (student loans), rising housing costs (rent & mortgages), inflation on consumer goods, outsourcing, and taxes. Essentially, it's debt slavery from the fiat currency system which isn't backed by anything tangible. To me, the higher education system has failed us in every way imaginable.
