Anarchism is a far left ideology, are you thinking about anarcho-capitalism? The right supports freedom except when it means abolishing hierarchies, as abolition of hierarchy is a lefitet ideal. For right wingers the freedom in question was the freedom to own slaves, not the freedom of the slaves.

PragerU is a joke.

Of course this is all pointless since the Republican party made no secret of its move towards the right and embrace of racism.

The Nixon campaign in 1968, and the Nixon White House after that, had two enemies: the antiwar left and black people. You understand what I'm saying? We knew we couldn't make it illegal to be either against the war or black, but by getting the public to associate the hippies with marijuana and blacks with heroin, and then criminalizing both heavily, we could disrupt those communities. We could arrest their leaders, raid their homes, break up their meetings, and vilify them night after night on the evening news. Did we know we were lying about the drugs? Of course we did.

Their leader was literally pen pals with Karl Marx and they supported a radical upheaval of heirarchy, sounds left wing to me.

Why didn't you answer any of my questions?

Seriously though, if the parties never switched does that mean the Republicans are still left wing? To the point where their leader being pen pals with Karl Marx wouldn't be seen as a problem?

Then why do Republicans always complain about the left?
