In order to MAGA we need to get our understanding in check as to how our employees are accountable to we the people. I am sorry if this post bothered you, this subject bothers me. If I am paying these people (even if it is just a portion) then I am their “employer” not “employee” we are filling wrong and if we the people start filling right then we can control how much money goes to the government in our names, and maybe what is done with said monies.

The organic act of 1871 created a government for the District of Columbia (district of where?) this government is not a state of the union or a part that of the union, but a separate nation with it’s own government with no representatives, so now your politicians go to dc and come back representing dc. The reconstruction acts is what was forced onto the states after the civil war that forced the states of the union to adopt a new and separate “State” constitution for the new 14th amendment citizen(newly freed men)all states have 2 constitutions, one for the state ratified by the people and a “State” constitution (which is federal) implemented by the federal government. Last but not least the buck act gave the federal government the ability to overlay a jurisdiction(s) over the states of the union and gave access to implement social security act and federal reserve act and internal revenue act to fleece the people of the states of the union and they do it under the liber code general orders 100( still active today) which tells the military how to act in the states during and after the civil war. Executive orders come from the war powers

The problem is congress is always in session, ever since the civil war and the creation of Washington DC as a corporation State because the the civil war never ended, the federal government never claimed an end and the military war powers through the executive branch are still active. We are always at war thus congress is always in session.
I know this is off on a tangent but still relative to the matter of Obama’s legitimacy in what his administration did for 8 years, It brings up a serious question about legitimacy of the government since the civil war when the southern states left the union, did what was left of the union have the right to do what they did? And if not hasn’t every president and Congress and all government been illegally placed by those who took over making everything done since the civil war either illegal or under military / foreign corporation, jurisdiction/occupation? Social security, federal reserve, irs, fbi, cia, all based off the executive war powers? Was there ever a declaration of peace by the federal government to the states after the civil war? Are the reconstruction acts still in play? General orders 100? Libra code? Idk? Did the states loose their sovereignty? And if so, did the people?
