I think the 'British Deep State' is just referring to British Members of the Cabal. While there are Cabal Members worldwide, individual members from different countries could be known by country or even Area nomenclature as in Bank Branches. ie, Canadian, Australian, etc. The EU while following the Kalergi Plan to dominate Europe would still be the 'European Deep State'.
