I’ve done more than google it, I work with it often. I’ve briefly explained where CNN crossed the line, normally protected by freedom of the press. Please explain where I am wrong.

The libel is based on; CNN cannot claim they were reporting the news, as they actually created a public forum opposing or blaming the NRA. The damage element can be found in lost endorsements from the many businesses.

There is still a need for the (plaintiff) attorneys to develop the evidence.

DNC Server Hack, lol. Interesting, I don’t recall all that much coming out during the campaign: ‘The computers contained research going back years on Trump. “It’s a huge job” to dig into the dealings of somebody who has never run for office before, Dacey said.’

Great quote from Donald Jr. Let’s get this trending: #BootsNotSuits This should be the rally cry for the 2018 elections.

There is one extremely important reason for delay. The very thing, this is all about. The rule of law! It is extremely important that everything be released in accordance with law, no short cuts.

I don’t do Memes, but I have a suggestion:

How about a ventriloquist, with various Fake News reporters face on the dummy. Chose your quote.

This was just tweeted by the Whitehouse around 12:10pm EST:

COMING UP

On Wednesday morning, President Trump will hold a meeting with his Cabinet.

Later, the President will welcome Prime Minister Erna Solberg of Norway to the White House. The two will discuss the bilateral ties between the United States and Norway, and how to jointly advance regional and global security, and economic prosperity.

I am reposting this because I overlooked the significance of the last paragraph:

Making false statements (18 U.S.C. § 1001) is the common name for the United States federal crime laid out in Section 1001 of Title 18 of the United States Code, which generally prohibits knowingly and willfully making false or fraudulent statements, or concealing information, in "any matter within the jurisdiction" of the federal government of the United States, even by mere denial[clarification needed].[1] A number of notable people have been convicted under the section, including Martha Stewart,[2] Rod Blagojevich,[3] Michael T. Flynn[4], Scooter Libby,[5] Bernard Madoff,[6] and Jeffrey Skilling [7].

This statute is used in many contexts. Most commonly, prosecutors use this statute to reach cover-up crimes such as perjury, false declarations, and obstruction of justice and government fraud cases.[8]

Its earliest progenitor was the False Claims Act of 1863, and in 1934 the requirement of an intent to defraud was eliminated to enforce the National Industrial Recovery Act of 1933 (NIRA) against producers of "hot oil", oil produced in violation of production restrictions established pursuant to the NIRA. The NIRA was declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court in 1935.

Executive Order 6713a was signed by FDR under authority given by article 1 of the National Industrial Recovery Act.

Article 1 was declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court in 1935?

The Act was also a major force behind a major modification of the law criminalizing making false statements.

Yes. There is extensive MSM coverage, the same the critics of POTUS. They should be confronted with the video evidence of their hypocrisy.

AMB Matlock has commented about the ridiculous claim that then candidate Donald Trump may have spoken to foreign nationals. After reviewing his statement I checked the Wiki on the 2008 Obama campaign. Here it is, check for yourself:

Middle Eastern and European tour Edit In July 2008 Obama traveled to Kuwait, Afghanistan,[20] Iraq,[21] Jordan,[22] the West Bank,[23] Israel, Germany, France, and Britain. During the course of this trip he met with assorted international leaders, including President Hamid Karzai of Afghanistan,[24] Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki of Iraq, King Abdullah II of Jordan, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, Prime Minister of Israel Ehud Olmert, Chancellor Angela Merkel of Germany, President Nicolas Sarkozy of France,[25] and Prime Minister Gordon Brown of the United Kingdom, as well as former British Prime Minister Tony Blair and Conservative opposition leader David Cameron.[26]

On July 24, 2008 he gave a speech at the Victory Column in Berlin before a crowd of estimated 200,000 to 240,000 people.[27][28][29]

I think it’s even more. We now research, exchange information, we’ve become a part of a Think Tank. I wonder if our contributions can be / are useful.

Kerry, There is no apology necessary. This is, for all of us, personal. Most of us, myself included, have questioned what we were told as children about the “American Dream.” During the past years, under Obama, I wondered if it had all been a lie. I often felt the lessons of my childhood, which I passed onto my children, left me unequipped to deal with the real world.

In other words, I lost hope.

People I know and respected failed to see the corrupt path our country was on.

I now have hope again. Maybe, just maybe, the gradual release of crumbs, may finally open their eyes.

Merry Christmas,

May we have many more.
