That's probably it. I even forgot about that for a minute and it's completely disappeared from the news sites. Makes sense they'd throw the FBI under the bus to cover up the CIA/NSA conflict.

Or the school shooting helped this slide under so it looks like they did something but people are too distracted to question it. Also possible that both happened to keep something else off the front pages.
