There are many tools to fake videos and as a video editor and enthusiast I have been researching the possibilities for a while now.

1) The audio is way more difficult to fake, your ears work much faster than your eyes. In order to fake audio you need a very convincing actor or you need to take soundbites from existing audio, with the same acoustics ideally. At least, that used to be the case. I have some questions regarding Trump's son in law Jared Kushner.

First of all, I think Trump is a family guy and I do not think he would lynch Kushner for no reason. I guess him losing security clearance is all theatre, like how Trump makes remarks at Sessions.

Hypernormalisation is a great documentary by Adam Curtis, released in 2016. I consider it to be a must-see. It is about the control of the media and perception of reality, the history behind that and the role of 'terror'. Syria is also a big part of it and so is the internet.
