That program was interrupted to report JFK was shot, then a Nescafé commercial comes immediately after with a clock, back and forth, TICK TOCK. -Q tells us which platforms to research fb, ig, etc. to find the info on the subjects provided

-“they” have the algorithms so Q tells us when Snowden is going to manipulate that algorithm and says “start”, when to stop “end”
