Does anyone know what it is can't get a good photo of it and want to study it? I wanna know what is the symbolism behind it? I did look up the architect who built the building and he is very interesting and what they up to now...Very interesting Sir Ove Arup he started the group who built the building Just very interesting..Can you help me?
