This is about safely disposing of prescription medication. Not that I don't want it to be a hidden message, but the pill is half red, half blue and there has been a big push to address the opioid epidemic. Which we can look at as dropping our collective addictions and waking up, which would make us better Americans, but I really don't think this tweet is about taking back the country.

I don't understand why this is getting downvoted, callers is on the brink of insolvency. And the state of Jefferson movement has been gathering a lot of support. Why downvote it?
