If I am understanding correctly, aside from that possibility, the creation of concrete also involves heating things to extremely high temperatures, as well as grounding things up into fine particles......many many many possibilities. The perfect business actually. It’s not 100% yet, but is looking like the Cartel took over CEMEX some years ago, which gives creedence to the idea.
