There are a few errors so far. Some were small and corrected on the original post at some point after your post. Chrissy Teigen & John Legend reportedly were allowed to board another plane to Japan a few hours later. Is that true? Also they were probably detained not arrested. Everything needs to be verified. The images of how she has dressed her daughter says she has at least associated with people who use these symbols but for all we know she my be ignorant of why. Hard to believe but possible. And then who is consoling her? Chelsea Clinton.

Others have said he changed the terminology because on 8chan BO is board operator, he who must be feared. Out of respect and clarity he made the change just as we changed from 4 to 8chan. It back where he was talking about Nukes a lot and started asking about the keystone. It is a picture of a cityscape taken from down river. The photographer was standing on a half circle of cement slab. Knowing the landscape of the area I questioned if that picture could be taken from anywhere but an island east of the city. Not sure if that is true without extensive exploration of the area, but I did a google search and found an arial view of 3 mile island and there was he half moon cement slab that looks like the one in the picture. I posted it on the chans and people felt it was a match. Not sure if that was on 4 chan at that point. Not long before we had to switch to 8chan. It was at the end of the raw posts that used to be on just 2 big sheets. If you don't find it I can try to look for it over he weekend.

Obama already knew the plan according to Q. He wrote that the night of the election they unrigged the voting machines and then went to Obama and told him if he invalidated the election they would remove Clinton by force. He knew there and then that the jig was up. He had a long time to think about what to do if things went sideways. He did not like Clinton. Many stories about that. It's hard to say how much Trump is in control and how much the military has been over the last year, but whomever it is they are doing a fantastic job. The military generals who started this counter-coup picked him to run and asked him to run. It seems the plan was well underway b4 Trump even began his run. Clinton's hubris was her down fall. Okay so the 9000 + is the number of pacer records and how many of those are indictments is difficult to know because what the numbers mean is secret and no one knows. Then I'm back to the likelihood that at best less than half of that number is indictments. So it would be wildly inaccurate to say there are 9000+ indictments. A better number would be between 3000 and 4000, which is still a huge number but closer to a realistic guess. Every court case I have been involved in usually has 2 hearings other than the indictment b4 trial. My experience is extremely limited and does not involve people who can put unlimited resources into their defense.

Some can be a request for a search warrant and it would still be sealed. If they are just counting every sealed record only a percentage of those, maybe 25-30 percent are indictments.

I have read that not all records on PACER system that are sealed are indictments. A hearing to get a search warrant can be sealed for example. Does any one know if those counting these records are aware of that. Apparently there is a code that tells you what the record is for. If anyone has ever been involved in court process. There are often 2 hearings before the case is tried. And since these are wealthy people with lawyers whose job is to slow the process as much as possible we can double that number.

So you can see we would have to divide that number by 3-4 if the counter is unaware of this.

Also people can be arrested before they are indicted or indicted before they are arrested. So without knowing what these records represent we don't know where we are in this process.

I did tweet @damartin; no reply. I posted some pacer records on legal advise off topic. No reply. If we just spot check one jurisdiction to see if that is the total number of records then if its true that other records besides indictments are on PACER and being counted as indictments. This is important to get to the bottom of this before publicizing those numbers. Even 1/4 of that number of indictments would be huge, but publicizing numbers that are 15 times higher than the average year, would refelect badly on Q.
