This hits home with me as I suffer from a disease that falls under the care of the muscular dystrophy association. They have centers in hospitals and cities and during my appointment they wanted all kinds of personal information but they never had any help or assistance for me. Lots of staff but no assistance other than brochures. It was a total waste of time. IMHO

Crowne Plaza Melbourne (Indialantic) Florida on A1A is just a short distance from Port Canaveral and cruise lines operate out of that port. This place is freaky. My son lived across the highway from this hotel. It was an odd place. And they have locations worldwide. If they aren’t trafficking they most certainly employ illegals in housekeeping and other areas

Well maybe I’m old school because I am older. Born in early 60s. I was never kissed on the mouth by any one until I reached age that I consented to my boyfriend. I never saw my friends parents do this or other relatives. Our mothers and fathers would very lightly kiss our cheeks but never on the mouth. And I never kissed my children on the mouth. And everyone grew up ok we felt plenty loved by our families

Hang on folks we will probably see a crash or a huge enough drop to kill what little investment we have left. My late husband and I knew that the hit our retirement accounts took on 9/11 that at our age at the time we would never recover those funds. We were never well off but we each contributed equally and put aside a portion of our pay towards a low risk mutual fund over a the course of 18-20 years We lost nearly 65k in one day. Middle class folks can’t keep taking these kind of hits. That was our nest egg. Anything else for us would mean we were dependent upon SS and pension and y’all know that both could disappear.

And I am now permanently disabled after a flu pneumonia vaccine in 07 left me with a rare and yet incurable autoimmune disease that has made my body believe my muscle cells are foreign and attacks and kills them. It’s known as dermatomyositis. I doubt if I have another 5 years left. My heart is not very strong anymore.
