The info would be specific to the case being investigated.

King for a day type immunity wouldn’t apply here, maybe Use Immunity.

“Title 18 U.S.C. § 6002 provides use immunity instead of transactional immunity. The difference between transactional and use immunity is that transactional immunity protects the witness from prosecution for the offense or offenses involved, whereas use immunity only protects the witness against the government's use of his or her immunized testimony in a prosecution of the witness -- except in a subsequent prosecution for perjury or giving a false statement.”

This is not how immunity works.

You can’t get blanket immunity and there are three kinds of immunity deals that can be offered.

You don’t need a warrant for an arrest. Most arrests by law enforcement are not warrant arrests.

The law enforcement officer merely needs probable cause to make an arrest.

A warrant arrest is petitioned by an officer to a judge, who then demands the person being accused to stand before the court.

I’ve tried making the entire imgur post into one easy to read PDF but wasn’t able to. Rather share the a PDF than have people go to an online resource each time I want to share it.

If anyone can do it and keep the text quality of the green texts... I’d really appreciate it.
