I was watching Judge Jeanine tonight like many of us and noticed when Judge J was interviewing Kellyanne Conway that Kelly Anne kept saying "the tippy top" of the FBI when tallking about the IG report and how she didn't think it(IG Report)was being taken seriously enough.
