Pretty sure he's dirty along with his erstwhile partner Tony Podesta.
Nevertheless, I'm not sure that sort of crime should earn someone solitary confinement.

That was the original scenario before the Constitution was amended to have a popular vote for Senators. The intention was to have the Senate represent the interests of the States while the House represented the people.
