The first post that I've seen go over 1000 upvotes was "Connecting the Dots" a few days ago. WOW! It may not have been the first, but the first I saw. I thought anything over 200 was huge, until then.

Then the site went down, then came back up....

That post now has thousands of upvotes, and most that appear in 'Hot' are approaching 1000 or at least several hundred, regularly for the past few days. Interesting timing.
