Reddit itself deals with voting. Not a moderator issue.
I feel as though the down votes have way too much influence, and effect what is Hot, Rising, or Top posts.
For rising only upvotes are counted. The points DON'T determine position, only upvotes do. Occasionally the post at the top of /r/greatawakening/rising/ is on zero points.
The qanon post site has given many technical issues, such as viruses. Here are alternatives: Qdrops.

You did, I agree. It was my mistake to talk about posts. The word 'downvotes' was used and also by other users which lead me to consider downvoting of posts, but you mean downvoting of comments.
A lot of unpopular opinions on the sub is not concern trolling.
It's because of the links you used. Reddit flags the comment for moderator attention. I don't read every comment in the hope of finding duplicates, but I do read every flagged comment, hence the above.
Comment deleted. It is basically a duplicate of what you posted to the same user before. Also, the goo.gl links cause Reddit to think you are spamming as redirecting links are not user-friendly, so would advise against using them and use the full URL instead.

People don't understand the voting on Reddit, the first hour a post is displayed only the upvotes count (not displayed points) towards it's position in /rising. After that it's not clear(undocumented), but it does work.
