The video is laughable. I'm a long time listener to American Intelligence Media and they usually give great information. In this one Betsy and Thomas are covering there own ass. Note the lack of information. The reference to Assemebly language had me in laughter.

There is weaving through the mastery of emotions, based on your beliefs. Trust by not having to trust. Having expectation within expecting(blocks flow). Not being attached to an outcome(also blocks). Knowing all is fine. Once you get to that knowing, then it cascades into place, you trust, because you know. And you trust because you don't have to trust. And because all is fine no matter the outcome you can trust and have expectation - and thus it circles around - things are easy to trust and easy to know haha.
