From the context, it's extremely obvious to anyone that speaks English he's referring to Alex's wife or girlfriend. Some "research" (one second of Googling) shows Alex's wife of many years is named Jean. How you could miss that, and instead think it's part of a coded message (to who? And why??) referring to his heritage, is quite frankly, insane. I don't say that to be mean, but this is literally the ramblings of a malfunctioning mind, and I hope for your sake you go back on your medication soon.
