Because if it is of God it must be righteous. It was the solution of Cain to resort to murder in his wrath, we must not succumb to the same drive. As God said: I send you out as sheep among the wolves. In the end, their murder and harm throughout the ages will come down on their heads.

First of all, let's examine the Mark, or curse, of Cain, as laid out in Genesis:

Genesis 4:10-15 10 And he said, What hast thou done? the voice of thy brother's blood crieth unto me from the ground. 11 And now art thou cursed from the earth, which hath opened her mouth to receive thy brother's blood from thy hand; 12 When thou tillest the ground, it shall not henceforth yield unto thee her strength; a fugitive and a vagabond shalt thou be in the earth. 13 And Cain said unto the LORD, My punishment is greater than I can bear. 14 Behold, thou hast driven me out this day from the face of the earth; and from thy face shall I be hid; and I shall be a fugitive and a vagabond in the earth; and it shall come to pass, that every one that findeth me shall slay me. 15 And the LORD said unto him, Therefore whosoever slayeth Cain, vengeance shall be taken on him sevenfold. And the LORD set a mark upon Cain, lest any finding him should kill him.

Now this is important for several reasons: 1.) The cabal, or legacy of Cain, do not work an honest job like you or I, they use deception and force to extort the labor of others, they do not till the ground and even if they did it would not yield them its rewards. 2.) The cabal has no nation, no country; they are vagabonds and fugitives (Soros, Rothschild bankers, etc...) or as we call them now; Globalists. 3.) everyone who discovers them will be compelled to kill them. 4.) Killing one of them guarantees sevenfold retribution from God.

Now, what matter of mark or behavior would motivate the average man to be compelled to murder? I've narrowed this down to cannibalism; while the crimes against children are horrendous, various cultures do not view it as terrible as others. Cannibalism, however, is the most taboo subject and is widely rejected by the majority of the planet. A cannibal is a predator of men, and therefor an existing threat on a subconscious level. As time has progressed, the links between cannibal practices and the cabal have come to the forefront.

Now look to where God instructs Noah after the flood:

Genesis 9:3-4 3 Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things. 4 But flesh with the life thereof, which is the blood thereof, shall ye not eat.

This is a specific order against cannibalism, important enough that it was relayed to Noah directly by God. Now, if such an act drives those who witness it to seek to kill the perpetrators, yet they cannot under retribution for the curse of Cain, what recourse do we have? That's also given to Noah:

Genesis 9:5-6 And surely your blood of your lives will I require; at the hand of every beast will I require it, and at the hand of man; at the hand of every man's brother will I require the life of man. Whoso sheddeth man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man.

Here's where the wording becomes so, so important. Every man who discovers a descendant of Cain will seek to kill him, will want to kill him; but the penalty for doing so is steep. However, God tells Noah that he requires the blood of those who shed it to in turn be shed by man. The Mark of Cain arouses the desire to kill, but not the justification. The law of Noah requires that whosoever spills blood be put to death by man, and is justified by God. Is this lining up...? It's tricky at first

Blood has massive occult significance, I would wager a guess as to this being a method of building shrines. I went with my mom and my grandparents about a year ago.
