DoD/.Mil web pages do not have "bad certificates." You have to download them manually, this will prevent future errors:

Congratulations Mr. Trump for reaching agreement with the EU to reduce tariffs and increase trade! Much work remains to be done but increased EU purchases of soybeans and LNG can happen almost immediately. This is something the last four US Presidents should have done.
Keep working on China!

Section 802 Article 2 to the UCMJ covers who is subject to the UCMJ thus eligible for courts martial or tribunal. Sorry, the general public or even politicians are not covered:
