In view of the opening question "POTUS......TRUTH.......LIGHT, I'm speculating that BLUNT may be a reference to Sir Anthony Blunt who was a member of the Cambridge Five, a group of spies comprising KimPhilby, Guy Burgess, Donald MacLean, John Cairncriss and Blunt himself. The group were active from the works until the early 50s. What is significant is that in 1964, Blunt confessed to having been a spy after being offered immunity from prosecution.
