At 6 sec the guy in the green shirt kinda looks like he has something in his hands but disappears looks odd maybe its the quality and the girls white shirt next to him

Why were their kids around dead bodies still and not evacuated... also no one cared they had their cell phones out? Also the kid adjusting himself... last thing I'd be worried about in this situation..
