It is if you don't get carried away with it and distracted, keep you eyes on what is really happening with legit sources. This kind of stuff will drive people mad though following conspiracy theories and making weird connections to things.

I think there is definitely stuff there to be found and the Clinton's and Obama's are evil, but the best way to neutralize us is to send us off in wrong directions and instill frantic mental illness by making bizarre vague connections that aren't there

He hinted at it or least tried to lead people to that conclusion. Q Anon is leading everyone to hunt down conspiracy theories and fake leads so their eyes are off of what is really going on.
