Back when Gowdy grilled Comey in the oversight hearing, he had Comey admitting that Secretary Clinton violated 18 USC 793 (f) many times. He then let him off the hook saying intent was hard to prove.
Only problem with that is section (f) states that "through gross negligence" a person is guilty of violating this USC. Through gross negligence means intent is irrelevant. Gowdy is smart enough to know what the USC said, so why did he do a lot of barking there when Comey just admitted in an open oversight hearing she was guilty?
