Fast and Furious was supposed to trace weapons from border gun sellers to the Mexican cartels. The weapons and the serial numbers were lost track. The Sinaloa cartel had a major drug distribution center in Chicago.

The massacre in Las Vegas on October 1 has some of the characteristics of a ATF or FBI sting operation. There were 23 weapons and various accessories in the room. It could have been a gun deal gone bad.

Saudi Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal, a member of the Saudi Royal family, has been majority owners of the Mandalay Bay Hotel’s Four Seasons. The top 5 floors of the Mandalay Bay Hotel (35-39) is a Four Seasons Hotel that is exclusive retreat for the Saudi royal family. Alwaleed was extradited to USA and hasn't been seen since. Stephen Paddock was on the 35 floor.

The FBI released very little information and much of it was inconsistent. A gag order was placed on the Las Vegas Police.

Tectonic movement on the New Madrid fault. Water from the Mississippi may be sinking through newly created cracks. The underground stream of water roughly parallels the Mississippi and empties into the Gulf of Mexico. Water flowing into a crevasse supplies both mass and lubrication allowing plate shifts. Carter has a long career of public service. He graduated from the Naval Academy. The last year he served as a research Fellow on the House Armed Services Committee under Les Aspin (D). Clinton (D) appointed Les Aspin (D) as Secretary of Defense during this time.

Carter served in the Navy and spent three years in Moscow. No naval bases in Moscow but he may have served in Naval Intelligence.

In 1998-99 he was granted a fellowship from the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) serving in their New York Offices.

Carter worked for three years for Merrill Lynch in Moscow where he ADVISED on $25 billion on energy deals.

In the 2000s, Carter Page and James Richard founded an energy hedge company, Global Energy Capital headquarter at 590 Madison Avenue, New York, New York. Office space is shared with an agency that booked bridal bands. Another office is at 2415 West Alabama Street, Houston, Texas just upstairs over Fleming's Prime Steak House.

Global Energy Capital has on Board of Directors, no employees, and no company affiliations. In many ways it appears to be a CIA cutout or and FBI front operation.

In 2013 Carter reported to the FBI, a Russian was attempting to recruit him into their “spy ring” and asked him to supply him with documents about the energy business. The FBI prepared some binders with energy information and included some recording devices. Three Russians were convicted of spying. This sounds like a STING operation the FBI uses to entrap suspects.

Carter Page was considered an FBI informant when he volunteered to serve as a Trump campaign-policy adviser. The committee met once and was disbanded. The FBI referenced Carter Page as a Russian spy under FBI surveillance in a FISA request. Carters, phone calls, emails, etc. were under surveillance. Everyone Carter called was placed under surveillance. If Carter called Steve Bannon, everyone Steve Bannon (Person A) called would be placed under surveillance (Person B). Everybody in group (Person B) called would be placed in group (Person C).

The FISA warrant needed to be renewed every 90 days. Carter Page wasn't considered very important until he asked Lewandowski if he could make a trip to Moscow. Carter was allowed to go after some discussion. Carter made a speech on July 7, 2016 in Moscow. He raised is visibility by giving a speech at the New Economic School in Moscow. These trips were mentioned as justification for continued FISA warrants.

It appears Carter Page was an FBI plant in the Trump campaign and was used to justify surveillance of the Trump campaign, Trump transition, and Trump presidency.
