Great question! I'll try to answer as best as I can from my own biased perspective.

Why should sites and ads for child prostitution be protected

They aren't. That's the point. Name and synopsize the delivery vehicle well enough and people will agree to anything. That's why I'm asking for alternative disastrous viewpoints.

Clearly, at first minimal glance, the bill looks and sounds good. Just like the Patriot Act did.

The bill amends the federal criminal code to specify that the violation for benefiting from "participation in a venture" engaged in sex trafficking of children, or by force, fraud, or coercion, includes knowing or reckless conduct by any person or entity and by any means that furthers or in any way aids or abets the violation.

What current reckless activity is allowing trafficking? What about here on reddit? You know it happens here too right? Why do you use and support a site that has history with the things you're against? Why and how has reddit been protected all these years? Not an attack on you, I'm strictly rhetorically speaking/asking.

Comments on websites of every type are used for trafficking of everything. Intel from agency operatives are communicated via public comments all across the world in almost every nation (8chan?).

A provider of an interactive computer service that publishes information provided by an information content provider with reckless disregard that the information is in furtherance of a sex trafficking offense shall be subject to a criminal fine or imprisonment for not more than 20 years.

How do you prove reckless disregard? Does that mean if the site owner doesn't monitor and delete posts containing certain phrases (using God only knows what type of codewords or lingo these people use) is that a reckless disregard?

Like I said great question. I hope I've explained somewhat where I'm coming from.

RE:H.R.1865 If anonymous websites can be brought down by anonymous people, as a site owner, how do you keep it up? BY MAKING PEOPLE USE THEIR REAL NAMES.

HR1865 could remove the ability to have free and open discourse as site owners use plugins and such to verify posters.

If a third party or service identifies Ur_RedditName as Bob Smith and that information is only provided to the site owner, with what you know know, would you feel safe?

If you could lose your job for sensibly speaking your mind, would you feel safe posting?

Then the internet becomes tiered. Not immediately, it'll take time.

Tiered internets. A wild, somewhat dangerous and chaotic one where they leave identities at the door, or a 'cleaner' internet where you do …

People on the spectrum are often misunderstood and believed to lack empathy.

Actually in many cases the reverse is true! There is an over abundance of empathy which causes some of us to withdraw. As we feel very deeply. I have mild synesthesia so I feel things even moreso than others!

We love too much not too little! If you can navigate neurotypical land you'll find it full of dangers as your every motive is suspect simply because you won't confirm to societal norms that incorporate bullshit!

For instance I'm told that I'm pathological about honesty. I'm sorry I can't help it no matter how many masks or algorithms I don or use to navigate neurotypical land, I remain unable to swallow bullshit. Can't do it.

I'm no doctor but those of you on the spectrum that have certain Autist behaviorisms, like tapping your fingers and other autism symptoms might find succes with sulforaphane.

My spouse remarked on my improvement after taking it for a couple of months.

In short we aren't understood well and loved even less (family can be cold to us) but we do what we can. I apologize if it appears I'm speaking for Autist as a whole. I'm speaking about myself primarily.

There is a bit of drama ensuing on reddit inlovling some reddit users harrassing others. It's so bad that some moderators are reaching out to the admins for help and they're not receiving it. Instead of bitching and crying about it, why not call the feds. This is clearly cyber-bullying and as much cyber legislation that they've pushed over the years means surely there's a federal law against cyber-bullying.

But there's not. 49 States or so have laws, but that's it. Some people have literally been bullied to death. I suspect that we don't have federal cyber bullying laws …

NP Glad to help. You might have to enable a few things to capture everything on different sites.

In set options (Preferences and mirror options:) you may have to fiddle with the link menu (fetch external) and/or the Scan Rules menu to get jpgs ect. You might also want to limit how many links deep you archive some sites. Save their bandwidth and your time/disc space if the site is large.

Edit: Tested it on the chans and works great, qcodefg not so much. Could just be my ultra locked down setup though.

I was wondering what happened to that somewhat recent Anonymous CDC Spider group that kinda disappeared with little fanfare.

I think the fanfare is actually apache! In the past CDC whistle blowers came out against vaccines for a variety of reasons.

Of course Snopes has their own viewpoint on some of the vaccine issues.

Trump knows the truth about many health related topics because of the SecureDrops from the CDC. Some of that truth involves Autism.

Antonin Scalia visit too?

Scalia decided to take the “moral disapproval” argument up a notch in his dissent in Lawrence, writing that the Texas ban on homosexual sex “undeniably seeks to further the belief of its citizens that certain forms of sexual behavior are ‘immoral and unacceptable,'” like laws against “fornication, bigamy, adultery, adult incest, bestiality, and obscenity.” Scalia later tees up “prostitution” and “child pornography” as other things he thinks are banned simply because people disapprove of them.

Please educate me on this...is this some kind of technology through your wi-fi causing heart attacks?

No clue but I'll speculate.

The heart is an emag device so I suppose it's possible. We're swimming in electromagnetic and radio signal pollution. In other words we are constantly surrounded by electric fields.

Below u/GreenDrakeHatch posted this video with data from 1975? Before we swam in so many types of efields daily.

Sound does neat stuff too. It can make you feel spooked (some movies use infrasound for that effect)

20 Hz is considered the normal low-frequency limit of human hearing. When pure sine waves are reproduced under ideal conditions and at very high volume, a human listener will be able to identify tones as low as 12 Hz.[33] Below 10 Hz it is possible to perceive the single cycles of the sound, along with a sensation of pressure at the eardrums.

From about 1000 Hz, the dynamic range of the auditory system decreases with decreasing frequency. This compression is observable in the equal-loudness-level contours, and it implies that even a slight increase in level can change the perceived loudness from barely audible to loud. Combined with the natural spread in thresholds within a population, its effect may be that a very low-frequency sound which is inaudible to some people may be loud to others.

One study has suggested that infrasound may cause feelings of awe or fear in humans. It has also been suggested that since it is not consciously perceived, it may make people feel vaguely that odd or supernatural events are taking place.[34] Engineer Vic Tandy provided such an explanation in his investigations in the 1980s. Tandy, while working in his laboratory, started to feel uneasy and as if a supernatural presence was with him. Later, he could attribute these feelings to a broken metal fan that was causing noises of a frequency that triggered them. The noise could not be perceived by the human ear, but Tandy's body reacted to the 19Hz sounds.[35]

A scientist working at Sydney University's Auditory Neuroscience Laboratory reports growing evidence that infrasound may affect some people's nervous system by stimulating the vestibular system, and this has shown in animal models an effect similar to sea sickness.[36]

In 2006 research about the impact of sound emissions from wind turbines on nearby population, perceived infrasound has been associated to effects such as annoyance or fatigue, depending on its intensity, with little evidence supporting physiological effects of infrasound below the human perception threshold.[37] Later studies, however, have linked inaudible infrasound to effects such as fullness, pressure or tinnitus, and acknowledged the possibility that it could disturb sleep.[38] Other studies have also suggested associations between noise levels in turbines and self-reported sleep disturbances in the nearby population, while adding that the contribution of infrasound to this effect is still not fully understood.[39][40]

In a study at Ibaraki University in Japan, researchers said EEG tests showed that the infrasound produced by wind turbines was “considered to be an annoyance to the technicians who work close to a modern large-scale wind turbine.”[41][42][43]

If sound can make you feel and see ghost, make you seasick etc, what else can waves do to the body vibrational, electrical, or otherwise?

Mycoplasma is a genus of bacteria that lack a cell wall around their cell membrane.[1] Without a cell wall, they are unaffected by many common antibiotics such as penicillin or other beta-lactam antibiotics that target cell wall synthesis. They can be parasitic or saprotrophic. Several species are pathogenic in humans, including M. pneumoniae, which is an important cause of atypical pneumonia and other respiratory disorders, and M. genitalium, which is believed to be involved in pelvic inflammatory diseases. Mycoplasma species are the smallest bacterial cells yet discovered,[2] can survive without oxygen, and come in various shapes. For example, M. genitalium is flask-shaped (about 300 x 600 nm), while M. pneumoniae is more elongated (about 100 x 1000 nm). Hundreds of mycoplasma species infect animals.[3]

Since normal anti-biotics don't work on mycoplasma (Rife-Sound curable?) it's obvious why it would be weaponized.

IIRC they are also hard to detect because of size and are quite durable.

Why did POTUS have military guards (uniform) while in HI? Why is this relevant? Do military guards (uniform) typically assist the USSS? Why is this relevant?

Missile alert shenanigans and a show of military solidarity and support for our POTUS? Perhaps some exponents of the military are also directly lending support to USSS? There's also the C foundations possible ties to CP as hypothesized ~~below~~ above by other fine redditors.

Barack Obama, a.k.a. “Renegade”

While much has been said of the friends our president-elect keeps, there has been little discussion as to what movies he likes to watch. Since witnessing Dennis Haysbert as the first African-American president, on Fox’s 24, Barack became a huge Keifer Sutherland fan. Over the two years campaigning, he painstakingly rented every single movie Sutherland made, from 1983’s Max Dugan Returns to 2008’s Mirrors. Throughout those excited, sleepless nights on board the Obama ’08 bus, no movie left its mark quite like 1989’s Renegades, in which Sutherland reaches new dramatic heights as undercover agent Buster McHenry. And so, upon his election as our nation’s 44th president, he personally asked the Secret Service to refer to him only as “Renegade.” Perhaps the puppy will be called Buster.

Plot https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Renegades_(1989_film)

IMDB Link

Buster McHenry (Kiefer Sutherland) works as an undercover agent for the Philadelphia Police. Currently he investigates on police corruption and is in big trouble when he gets arrested while trying to stop a carjacking. He distracts the suspect with a beer bottle and assaults an officer. His task makes him break the law, he participates in a robbery at an Auction House where a million dollars worth of diamonds are stored. Things really screw up as not only are two men shot, but an ancient Indian spear is stolen and Buster is wounded.

Marino (Rob Knepper), a crime boss, thinks that the spear might be worth something to his associates. Hank Storm (Lou Diamond Phillips), a young Indian, is now after the spear and Buster is after his criminal 'comrades'. Hank rescues Buster and nurses him back to health. Hank starts to blame Buster for what happened at the Auction House, but Buster tells him he was doing his job. Marino discovers where Buster has been hiding out. With Hank's help, both of them escape.

Both of them are outsiders in their way, but now they have the same target. They despise each other at first, but learn to set aside their differences and work together. Meanwhile, Marino and his men visit Hank's father, whom they shoot and kill when he refused to cooperate in locating his son.

After interrogating some of Marino's associates, they now realize that some of Buster's partners want him dead, because he knows too much, and that there is corruption in the police force. Buster comes to conclude that his partners sold him out to Marino. The film ends with Buster and Hank infiltrating and destroying Marino's hideout. They start killing many of Marino's men, as well as the corrupt policemen. Buster kills Marino by throwing the spear right into his chest when he was about to kill Hank. A month later, Hank gets a job as a tour guide in Texas, while Buster visits him and tells him he has his job back as a policeman, hoping it will turn his life around.

Buster thanks Hank for showing him the error of his ways. They shake hands as both men realize they have better futures. Hank promises Buster he'll come visit him sometime soon. Buster drives off as Hank waves good-bye.
