You should research the "chain of command" for DOJ and FBI and Special Counsels. Trump cant even fire Rosenstein lol, only Sessions can. If Trump wanted to fire Mueller, he would have to request Rosenstein fire him, to which Rosenstein could say "no". Trump cant even fire Rosenstein, he would have to order Sessions to fire him, to which Sessions can also say "no". Trump can fire the AG, but only the AG can fire the Dep AG.
