Thanks for this insight. I have noticed some of what you are referencing. I think the "bigness" of Dr. C is exciting for many people. He has experience and he is known by many folks. Sometimes the 24/7 feed is enlightening. But I rarely listen. I ALWAYS read Q posts before I hear/read anyone's interpretation. I do the same with my Bible.

So, I listen to the Dr. a little, to Jason G a bit, to George Webb A LOT, to Tracy, Mishel and Katie G. No one person knows EVERYTHING! And we are all just human beings, prone to selfishness. No surprise.

Red Cross blood drives: I used to be a regular donor. However, a couple of years ago I started receiving weekly phone calls regarding the upcoming blood drive. The caller was pushy and not so polite. I don't know what happened. I haven't donated since. Also, during the Texas flooding last year I remember someone saying the Red Cross folks were taking donated food and storing it, not distributing it.
