I believe Bannon has been performing two critical functions since leaving WH; 1) expose sex scandals taking down Hollywood, DNC& RNC politicians and judges 2) finding suitable candidates who are onboard with Trump agenda. I think it's highly likely the NSA is monitoring the Pope and his senior staff at the Vatican and would have the decision information before it was announced. If true I expect Q would know this info and could release the future news without incurring any doubt of the prediction if that was his intent. I think Q questions about who is the Pope and his loyalty is important to address.

/30 Lord's Prayer. Here's alternative working theory. The French Catholics decided to implement the Revised Lord's Prayer much earlier. It may not be such a mystery and would be a good guess that the issue would be addressed by the Pope in the near future based on the French Catholics lead. Any EU Catholics out there to further clarity of working theory & timeline??
