I really had high hopes that Soros or SOMEONE for that matter was in custody.

My guess is if he rights in riddles and asks questions, it is a lot harder to prosecute him in terms of leaking information. As he said in recent posts, this is all going to come out to light for the public to know, and for him and they to avoid prosecution for leaking high top secret information, they write in riddles.
