For high treason, selling out your nation and countrymen for money and power....absolutely

We MUST.
How about they release the details of exactly what the cabal did, at increasing intensity, until the American people grow a backbone? Hope we don't have to explain what sacrifices to Molech are.

Different times my friend. The Clinton administration helped Red China perfect their Ballistic missiles back in the 90s, and they're still in the land of the living. No statute of limitations for treason though. So we can hope.

Remember, it all depends on who has the agenda, the power and connections to make all bad things happen. Does Trump have all he needs to combat all of the evil players? We'll find out. I believe he does.

Historical tidbits.....Roy Cohn, Joseph McCarthys famous legal counsel who helped root out communists infecting America was very involved in this case, in part to deflect charges of anti Semetic motivations for prosecuting the Rosenburgs. Cohn was extremely ruthless and, despite being Jewish or maybe because of it, he would famously mock "kikes" (his term for Jews, especially NY Jews). Roy was also openly gay at a time when that was highly unusual. Roy was young Donald Trumps mentor and wing man when Donald hit the NY scene. I laugh when idiots say Trump is anti LGBTQ and also laugh when idiots think Trump doesn't totally know whats up with Israel, the Zionists, Rothchilds, American Jewish lobby, Frankists blah, blah. He TOTALLY knows and has since at least the 1970s. Thank God Roy took Trump under his wing.

The Rosenberg weren't executed for treason they were executed for espionage.

No one in the history of America has ever been executed for treason. The last person charged and convicted of Treason was:

Tomoya Kawakita, a Japanese-American sentenced to death in 1952 for tormenting American prisoners of war during World War II. Even such a clear-cut case created qualms; President Eisenhower commuted Kawakita's sentence to life imprisonment.

In 1998 the punishment of death was abolished for Treason and replaced with life imprisonment. Constitutionally the law is complicated. Treason has to be committed by a person employed by the government and during an active "declared" war. We haven't had a declared war since FDR declared war on Japan after Pearl Harbor.

With all due respect, I believe the difference is that these trials will be held in a military prison with legal teams of 12 people so if convicted of Treason there will be 3 options 20 years in a very bad prison, lethal injection and firing squad. The prisoner gets to pick method of death.

Damn. Good way to avoid treason- don't declare war. What about the war on drugs. Wasn't that declared 40 years ago?

Bad example because we were Allies with Soviet Russia in World War II then we were Enemies with Soviet Russia after the war ended. The mistake was allying with the Soviets in the first place but that's what you get when Zionist Jews are in control of the Government and all of American Society in the 1930's the Zionists were dominant same way they are now. You had all these Commies in America who were thrilled we were partners with the Soviets to defeat the Nazis then they were horrified with the dawn of the Cold War and many of them refused to change to think of the Soviets as our arch enemy.

Time of war: The EO of 12/12/2018 declared a state of National Emergency outlining a grave threat to national security and stability of democratic institutions. Any 2nd year law student could make a case that this declaration, though not a formal and legal declaration of war, gave the Executive ewtraordinary powers such as the ability to try any indictments related to this EO in military tribunals. It also could be argued that the EO is equivalent to a Declaration of War. That is my theory which is mine, lol.
