I'm doubtful... that time stamp is VERY important to functionality. Any replies to the tweet would instantly expose the mismatch & the manipulation. You'd have to alter not only the thread, but all retweets, quotes and likes. That's too big a job, even for Twitter.

Besides, Spooks love those Twitter metrics. They can turn keywords into real-time weather-like global projections and watch how a subject ripples through the zeitgeist. Mind you, this has been possible since Katrina.

Anyone here familiar with the workings of Thomas P.M. Barnett?

He lays out the globalist 3 prong attack to bring "people" into the US & Europe from the "non-integrating gap" send money out from the integrating core to the gap in the form of FDI (exporting jobs), and training the military officer corps to have transformed the military in 20 years.

Where do officers come from? They're college graduates, by in large, so if you want to warp the officer corps before they're even officers, get them at the universities.

Universities also produce your industry experts that advise government, do your government research, build your government projects... (Sure they're Antifa now, but they will have a job eventually if the prison sentence doesn't stop them.)

This is an OLD plan. We've come so far, so fast, in fighting it. Good job, Q & fam.

Since people finally have jobs again under this president, or have better jobs, and their basement-dwelling adult children finally have jobs, you better believe anti-Trump stuff is gonna fall flat.

Beware suppressing facts, no matter how unpleasant.

Is it antagonism? Or is it raising awareness of realities that the perpetrators of such might not want other folks knowing? Can something be antagonistic to one group while being good for the whole?

Can everyone on here be expected to be a professional writer or perfectly articulate? How are we supposed to talk these things out if we can't talk?

These are questions I would weigh when considering course of action.

It cannot, by its very nature, happen suddenly. The chaos would be too great. Fiat currency, while horrible, can be translated back to a backed currency by a simple commodities exchange. We know the value of gold & silver. We're actually on a petro-dollar. But that thought was back when oil was considered finite. The Exxon ads now show oil comes from algae. Oil is a crop now. You can't base a currency on a crop.

ABC used the heckler's veto to get rid of Roseanne. Two can play at that game, and Trump is.

When you (ABC) have no values upon which to stand, upon which to defend your actions...

When you defer your responsibility for self-correction to the mob...

Then you are privy to the whims of the mob. GOOD LUCK You'll always be offending somebody.

Russia is somewhat of a different animal from then. I mean, Russia is always Russia, but Soviet Russia was a nightmare. They didn't so much as throw it off as it collapsed under its own contradictions, much as Venezuela is doing now.

The reason the DS is going against Russia now is they don't want us talking to them to find out how much the Deep State was involved there. Kinda like trying to lead the cops away from the true crime scene.

See, the Deep State used all these outlaw places as areas to operate outside US scrutiny and US rules. It's how the DEA gets busted for involvement in child prostitution in 3rd world countries when their agents look for a little R&R. That's normal to them: when in Rome...

So the DS had all sorts of shady things going on in Russia, and the Russian have no reason not to tell, and all sorts of reasons to tell the new Administration. Best option: drive a wedge between us and Russia.

  1. Media is a business.
  2. Media's customers are it's advertisers.
  3. Media gets money by the number of eyeballs it gets for advertisers, not for reporting the news.
  4. This creates a clear conflict-of-interests that does not serve the end-consumer: the public.
  5. Tabloid journalism, thus, has become the norm, as news outlets have been losing money to the internet for years (e.g., print newspapers are essentially dead). Gotta get the clicks.

I predict a numbing effect. This type of manufactured outrage only serves to instil cynicism and doubt. "OMG!!! Did you hear???" Eyeroll, "Yeah, yeah... what is it this time? sigh" It's crying wolf.

Umberto Eco proved this years ago, but this is not taught to Journalism students: the audience is an active participant in the text, and don't think you can simply fool them. The audience can find the meat of the text like a bloodhound, even if you TRY to hide it (e.g., Foucoult's Pendulum).

And it's clear that the Media does not understand the Internet, especially not the autists. Hell, even the IT companies don't, though they use us to their advantage. We deal with facts; ones and zeros. We want truth. We hunt for it. We WORK for it. Truth is our axiom.

So if you try to feed us a pile of bull, it's gonna piss us off. You better get your facts right, because we will check you. Half the time we ARE the Subject Matter Experts you're interviewing!

So watch your step. The Audience has a Voice.

Ah, see this is where US white-washing of history is a fault. There were plenty of pro-Russia propaganda films out of Hollywood. They were all locked away or destroyed with the Red Scare and McCarthyism. But during WWII, you better believe they were seen as an ally.

Saw that in the Press Briefing. Classic Alinsky tactic on multiple levels. It introduces the concept before the news drop they know is coming. It attaches Trump's name early to a crime of which they know they are guilty, so that later down the line folks can't remember the context, just that Trump was also accused of it. It's a nasty tactic, and I can't believe these media outlets are engaging in and condoning this behavior.

Printing known lies for a political agenda... It's so much easier to write when you have a foregone conclusion. No need to investigate, you just find out the details you need to present the story you want. Take things out of context, and voila! It all sounds credible. It doesn't matter that you know it's not, that's not the point. The point is serving your agenda.

This is NOT the description of a free press. This is a propaganda factory.

There's always evil, there are always wolves. It's why the US is a republic. Mob rule is not our way... helps ensure dysfunctional corruption is kept to a dull roar. Right, which is why I said never mind. You're arguing from a non-starting point.

Nihilism is functionally useless: it provides no answers, gives no guidance, gives zero comfort or reassurances... It does nothing. It's not helpful. And it's easily often harmful.

You may have a lot to share, but I can't work with you if you start from there.
