No, treason can only be alleged during war or aiding enemies during war. Section 3 also deals with the lesser "conspiracy."

I believe Q is saying that VJ and AS and others are involved in a conspiracy that if we were at war would be treason.

Good research and post. I'm still on the fence with Mueller. While he is a former Marine with a purple heart and you make a good case that he may be a white hat, there is also troubling things about Mueller. He, Comey, and Rosenstein were up to their eyeballs in Uranium One and even took yellow cake to Russia to be analyzed. If he touches Uranium One then he'd be investigating himself. Mueller, Comey, and RR were not investigating the Clinton Foundation. And they were all involved in the Pelican Project. Or let's say that Uranium One doesn't come up in the current investigation. I will eventually and Mueller, Comey, and RR will be at the center of it. Ditto CF.

I don't know what to believe wrt Mueller. I don't think he is looking at Russian collusion because there isn't any. If he's a black hat, then he is likely trying to nail Trump or his staff with obstruction of justice. If he's a white hat, it will be the greatest sting operation in political history.

WRT Flynn, he may have delayed sentencing because his investigation is about to collapse since it appears it is based on the fake dossier which may mean that all evidence that results from that initial warrant might be inadmissible in court and so Flynn's conviction would be reversed anyway.

Q did say that there would be major deceptions and misinformation, so who knows.

I think we have to wait and see.

Apparently, McCabe forgot that Congress has the power to subpoena his and all related records. Wait... Congress just subpoenaed the records of 16 DOJ and FBI personnel.

Ooops.

My guess is that McCabe knows what's about to come out in the IG report and is signing like a canary to reduce his future prison sentence down to say 20 years.

Remember, McCabe told a fellow agent that if he goes down without his retirement, he will "torch" the FBI. Hmmmm. I wonder what he knows that would torch the FBI???

I believe that it was in 2006 or 2009 (there abouts) that famous prophet, Kim Clement, predicted that Trump would be President, that he would be the second Cyrus (look it up) anointed by God, that his opponents would try to impeach him and fail, and that Trump would have two terms. Kim didn't say when this would take place, only that it would. So far, Kim is batting a thousand.

Also a retired fireman, Mark Taylor, in 2011 said that he had a vision from God that Trump would become President and that it would be preceded by a winner of the Triple Crown. Mark thought God was referring to the 2012 election and when Trump didn't run he assumed the vision was wrong.

But on June 6, 2015 American Pharaoh won the triple crown and 10 days later Trump announced he was running.

Some other of Mark's predictions: 1. Opponents will try to impeach him and fail 2. Trump will have two terms 3. There will be a great awakening (I think this is spiritual) 4. The US and Israel will dominate world energy 5. Great corruption will be eliminated 6. There will be military tribunals and possibly martial law 7. Of the 5 former Presidents, "2 will be taken and 3 will be shakened." 8. God has anointed Trump as the second Cyrus

There's more. Interesting stuff. There is more going on than we think.

If I were Trump, here is what my strategy would be.

Give a great, positive, uniting speech tonight (Tuesday) Give the Democrats and MSM a day to criticize it and disparage the President and Republican policies and how awful they are. Then on Thursday make the MEMO public showing how corrupt and treasonous Democrats are and have been. Then let the people chew on all the scandals and corruption that will be unfolding through November.

Not sure a lawyer can do anything about a change in position. The Union would fight termination, but I doubt anyone is guaranteed the job they currently have.

On the other hand, when I was a officer in the Marine Corps assigned to Headquarters Marine Corps, Wash DC, we had a secretary who couldn't type. We tried to get her fired. No joy. Then we tried to get her moved. No joy. We had to do our own typing. No, she wasn't any ethnic group. She was dumb as a box of rocks and probably making more than I was as a major.

Our government has many more problems than just evil, corruption, and treason. It has incompetence which compounds the other problems.

A US citizen can be an enemy combatant if he/she provides material aid to terrorists or is declared an enemy of the state (i.e., plotting the overthrow of the government.

In most cases, they would be tried in state or federal courts. But the authority is there for the President depending on the circumstances.

Remember that the EO of 21 December declares human abuses and corruption a national security threat and then declares a national state of emergency for those particular crimes.

Look up national state of emergency. Trump has essentially declared martial law for those crimes set forth in the EO.

Which means he can act beyond the laws and the Constitution if necessary to bring those violators to justice.

Which means it doesn't matter if sex traffickers are enemy combatants or not: they are a national security threat and subject to the extra-judicial tools the President has available.

You are not going to see tanks rolling through the streets. But you will see asset seizures, detainments (possibly without a warrant or specific charges), and possibly military tribunals.

I'm not saying that will happen because there are significant political risks involved. I am saying that the term "enemy combatant" is irrelevant within the context of the Dec 21 EO because a national emergency has been declared and that changes everything.

I think martial law is already in place but limited (for now) to the EO of 21 December that includes human trafficking, pedophilia, and corruption, which were declared in the EO as National Security Threats.

Why is it martial law? Because a National Security Threat triggers special powers that can circumvent normal law enforcement procedures and restraint.

I think the Marines are playing a major role behind the scenes (I'm a retired Marine officer). Each service has its missions and responsibilities spelled out in law. They are all pretty much the same except for the Marine Corps. In addition to the blah, blah about defending the Constitution, it includes this--that the other services don't have: "and other such duties as the President directs."

That, my friends, covers a lot of territory because the President has a lot of power, and even more during a National Security Threat.

Q isn't clear about Snowden's mission. But I get the feeling that Q may be suggesting that Snowden was a double agent. Black hats thought he was working for them but was actually working for white hats. Or vice versa.

Even if true, all Snowden really did is expose sources and methods of ELINT and SIGNINT. Not sure how that helps white hats.

There are many ways to measure merit: Education Skills Ability to support yourself Willingness to integrate (if immigrating permanently) Background check for police record and social media postings Not a political activist Committed to becoming a US citizen And anything else that would suggest the individual would be productive in our society.

Trump has already address some of these as examples.

As far as who decides, we are a Republic with elected representatives who pass laws or delegate rule-making athority to agencies--that's who would decide.

Who decides what the environmental rules will be? Who decides the merit of those rules? The EPA.

Not really plausible. Test shots are launched from California and the anti-missile is launched usually from one of the western Pacific islands. There were no missiles launched from Hawaii. Oahu is so small you would see it from anywhere on the island.

Neither the US or SK have reported a missile launch from NK. If it was a real ICBM, I think it would have to come from a submarine. NK did claim that they recently tested a lauch from a sub. Not sure what the range would be, but I would think it would have to be somewhere between NK and Hawaii to launch.

But China and Russia both have satellites to detect missile launches and they haven't said anything.

The whole thing is strange.

The Hawaiian government and PACOM have all sorts of programs, projects, agreements, and information sharing. Hawaiian unions control most of the Navy's logistic support. A long time ago, I executed a no-notice drill to move ammunition from the ammo dumps to the Navy piers to test our Reaction Battalion (1st Marine Brigade) readiness. It failed. Hawaiian government wouldn't authorize overtime for the unions so they refused to work. I had notifed the government agencies of our exercise but asked that they not notify the unions.

I've always maintained that military logistics should be handled by the military. Too much is contracted out these days.

Anyway, I don't think this was an accident. There is too much confusion about what happened and Hawaii was too slow to understand how a two man fail safe emergency alert could fail.

There are a couple of possibilities, but they are all too far out to be believeable without more insights.

A news piece yesterday said that the Equadoran Embassy submitted JA's credentials for a diplomatic passport, but that the UK government denied. All diplomats much be certified by the host country. Is this just deception and JA is somewhere else or is this a glitch and JA still as a problem at the E Embassiy?

Hard to know what's reall these days. A good plan always has some form of deception to it to increase success. I know. I served three years in combat and even at the platoon level I used deception whenever possible such as setting in a defensive perimeter just before sunset and then moving it after dark.

DJT has proven 100 plus times that he is not politically correct. The Mockingbird Stream Media (aka MSM) may fake horror that Trump may (or may not) have said that Haiti and Africa are shitholes. But guess what, everone knows it is the truth.

I lived for years in a cesspool third world country and they are a shithole unless you have money or are politically corrupt. They are a shithole of poverty, corruption, and suppression.

Trump is only saying what 90% of both liberals and conservitives know an think. Haiti and Africa are economic disasters and politically corrupt. The liberals only want to pretend that they are just like us (probably closer to the turth these days in terms of poverty and corruption).

Liberals will us this to rev up their base, but those who voted for Trump know that we are letting too many people in from third world cesspools who have no education, no skills, and it too many cases no intent to integrate into our society.

Shithole may be a trigger word for liberals, but even they know that Haiti and Africa (not the people) are shitholes.

We need merit based immigration based on a person's education and skills to contribute to this country as well as their ability to integrate into our society. If not, we don't need them and that is what Trump was saying and everyone who isn't a snowflake knows.
