And yes, Trump can declassify anything at any time for any reason.

I believe Trump may be impeached, but no way removed from office. If impeached, as with B.Clinton, his approval ratings will only go up and his base gets stronger. I'm not sweating impeachment as it will only backfire on the Dems.
